How do I return an item?

Refund/Return Policy:  


Mint Giving wants our customers to be completely satisfied!


Procedure for Returning an Item:
1. Please do not remove and/or open the item from the manufacturer's packaging.
2. Please ship* the unused and unopened merchandise to:

3. Please include your name and order number with your merchandise.
4. Refunds** are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it.


*   Customer is responsible for all shipping costs for returns.

** There is a 20% restocking fee for returned items that are not being exchanged and are not damaged. 


Note: We recommend shipping returns via UPS insured. Mint Giving cannot be responsible if returns are damaged or lost in transit.
